Milky pumpkin pancakes blend steamed pumpkin with egg, infant formula and cake flour into a batter, pan-fried into soft little rounds.
Peel and deseed the pumpkin, slice it, and steam over high heat for 5 minutes until soft. Blend into a smooth purée using a baby food blender.

Add the egg, infant formula, and flour to the pumpkin purée and mix into a medium-thick batter.
