Salmon Ochazuke tops a bowl of rice with baked salmon flakes and furikake, then pours hot green tea over for a warming, savoury bowl.
To begin, prepare your salmon flakes: take one salmon fillet, season it with salt, and then bake it at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.

Once the salmon is cooked, gently break it apart into smaller, bite-sized flakes. Place a serving of the cooked rice into a bowl. Generously top the rice with your choice of furikake and the made salmon flakes.
