Sweet and Sour Pork with Pineapple pan-fries cornstarch-coated pork golden, then tosses it with pineapple in a tangy vinegar-ketchup sauce.
Cut the pork into small pieces, marinate, then coat with cornstarch.

Dice the canned pineapple and set aside.

In a small pot with a little oil, pan-fry the cornstarch-coated pork until both sides are golden.
用小煲,油不用多,將沾上鷹粟粉的肉放入,煎香兩面。
Add half a spoon of oil to a wok with the garlic, then pour in the sauce.
鑊內落半匙油加蒜頭,倒入汁料。
Once the sauce boils, add the fried pork and stir-fry quickly, then add the pineapple and toss to combine.
汁滾起後,放入煎好的肉快炒,再加菠蘿炒勻。
