Tuna and Sweet Corn Sandwich mashes canned tuna with sweet corn and mayonnaise, spread on buttered bread with crusts trimmed off, no cooking needed.
Mash the tuna with a fork, then mix in the sweet corn, a pinch of salt and the mayonnaise. Set aside.
用叉將吞拿魚壓碎，加入甜粟米、少許鹽及沙律醬，拌勻備用。
Spread butter on the bread.
在麵包上塗上牛油。
Spread the corn and tuna mixture on the bread, trim the crusts, then cut in half. Done.
將粟米吞拿魚醬塗在麵包上，切去麵包邊，再對半切開即成。
