Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, cook the whole wheat penne according to the instructions provided on its package.

While the pasta is cooking, drain the sliced mushrooms and blend them until they are completely smooth. Transfer these blended mushrooms to a large skillet. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and heavy cream, then gently heat the mixture. Stir continuously until it thickens into a rich, creamy sauce.
意粉煮緊嘅時候,將蘑菇瀝乾,攪拌至順滑。將打好嘅蘑菇泥放入大鑊,加入帕馬森芝士碎同忌廉,用慢火加熱至醬汁變得濃稠綿滑。
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it well. Add the drained pasta to the mushroom cream sauce and toss everything together to coat well. Serve immediately, garnished with a few Parmesan shavings.
