Broccoli at cottage cheese muffins na hinalo ang itlog, broccoli, karot at cottage cheese, inihurno na may Parmesan.

Combine the eggs, olives, spices, mint, and cottage cheese in a bowl. Add the finely chopped broccoli and carrot. Mix in the breadcrumbs and baking soda.
