Huadiao na hipon at sotanghon sa palayok na binraise ang hipon, sibuyas at luya sa chili bean paste at Huadiao wine, sumisipsip ng mabangong sabaw.
Igisa ang luya, tinadtad na bawang at sibuyas hanggang mabango.
Stir-fry the ginger slices, minced garlic and onion until fragrant.
Idagdag ang chili bean paste, Huadiao wine at hipon at haluin; kapag half-cooked na ang hipon, alisin at itabi.
Add the chilli bean paste, Huadiao wine and prawns and stir together; once the prawns are half cooked, remove and set aside.
Idagdag ang sabaw ng manok at sotanghon.
Add the chicken stock and vermicelli.
Ibalik ang hipon at ibuhos ang light soy sauce, takpan at lutuin ng 3 minuto.
Return the prawns, pour in the light soy sauce, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
