Mabilisang steamed na baka, manipis na hiwang minarinate sa toyo, oyster sauce at cornstarch, nilagyan ng atsarang mustasa at siningawan hanggang malambot.
Idagdag sa manipis na hiwa ng baka ang light soy sauce, oyster sauce, asukal, cornstarch, cooking wine at puting paminta, haluin nang pantay, saka lagyan ng isang patong ng mantika para hindi matuyo (kung may oras, i-marinate sandali para mas lumasa).
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch, cooking wine and white pepper to the thinly sliced beef and mix evenly, then add a layer of oil to lock in moisture (if you have time, marinate for a little while so the meat takes on more flavour).

Once the water in the steamer boils, lay the beef on a plate and put it into the steamer.
Idagdag ang atsarang mustasa at isingaw sa malakas na apoy ng 5-7 minuto (bantayan ang oras; kung masyadong matagal hindi na malambot ang baka).
Add the pickled mustard and steam over high heat for 5-7 minutes (watch the timing carefully; too long and the beef will no longer be tender).
Budburan ng tinadtad na dahon ng sibuyas at tapos na ang mabilis na pampaganang ulam na ito.
Sprinkle with chopped spring onion and this quick, appetising dish is done.
