Roasted Eggplant sa Air Fryer, talong na kinuskos ng bawang, binudburan ng olive oil at inihaw nang mabilis para sa malambot na ulam.
Hugasan at gupitin ang talong sa kalahati.
Wash the eggplant, then carefully cut it in half lengthwise.
Kuskusin ang isang butil ng bawang sa pinutol na bahagi ng talong.
Take a clove of fresh garlic and rub it over the cut surfaces of the eggplant halves.
Mag-spray ng kaunting olive oil, timplahan ng asin at paminta, at ilagay sa basket ng Air Fryer.
Lightly mist the eggplant with olive oil spray, then season generously with salt and pepper. Place the seasoned eggplant into your Air Fryer basket.
Lutuin sa 180°C ng 10 minuto (sa halip na 35–40 minuto sa oven!).
Cook the eggplant at 360°F (180°C) for 10 minutes. This is a much quicker alternative to oven roasting, which typically takes 35-40 minutes!
