Baka sa Maasim na Sabaw na niluluto ang baka sa red sour soup na may kamatis, enoki at dahon ng bawang, may patak ng mountain pepper oil.
I-marinate ang baka sa cooking wine, cornstarch at itlog nang kalahating oras.
Marinate the beef with cooking wine, cornstarch and egg for half an hour.
