Malambot na baka na mabilis na iginisa, hinaluan ng malutong na Mongolian onion, bawang at siling labuyo.
Banlawan ang Mongolian onion at hiwain. Hiwain ang baka at haluin sa puting paminta, toyo, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce at sweet potato starch, isara sa mantika at i-marinate ng 10 minuto.
Rinse the Mongolian onion and cut into segments. Slice the beef and toss with white pepper, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and sweet potato starch until coated, then seal with a layer of oil and marinate for 10 minutes.
Hiwain ang bawang, putulin ang siling labuyo at ilagay sa ibabaw ng baka.
Slice the garlic, cut the bird's eye chillies into short lengths and lay them on top of the beef.
