Thai Lemongrass Chicken Wings na minarinate sa tanglad, sibuyas na pula, dayap at patis, tapos ini-air-fry hanggang malutong at mabango.
Tadtarin nang pino ang tanglad, sibuyas na pula at dahon ng dayap.
Finely chop the lemongrass, shallots and kaffir lime leaves.
I-marinate ang chicken wings sa tanglad, sibuyas na pula, katas ng dayap, patis, toyo, asukal at paminta nang 2 oras.
Marinate the chicken wings with the lemongrass, shallots, lime juice, fish sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and white pepper for 2 hours.
I-preheat ang air fryer, ilagay ang minarinate na wings, pahiran ng manipis na mantika sa ibabaw at i-air-fry sa 180°C nang 6 minuto. Baliktarin, pahiran muli ng mantika at lutuin pa ng 7 minuto.
Preheat the air fryer, add the marinated wings, brush a thin layer of oil on top and air-fry at 180°C for 6 minutes. Flip, brush with oil again and cook for another 7 minutes.
