Tortilla-style omelette: ginisa ang diced na patatas, hinalo sa bineat na itlog at spinach, tinakpan at tinopnan ng natunaw na keso.
I-sauté ang mga diced na patatas gamit ang 3 kutsarang olive oil sa malalim na kawali (mga 24–25 cm ang diameter). Timplahan ng asin at paminta. Ilagay ang 8 binugbog na itlog at lutuin sa katamtamang apoy ng 3 minuto. Haluin ang lutong spinach at haluing mabuti.
Sauté the evenly diced potatoes in a deep skillet, roughly 9.5 to 10 inches in diameter, using 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper as they cook. Pour in the 8 beaten eggs and continue cooking over medium heat for 3 minutes. After that, add the cooked spinach, stirring until everything is well combined.
Takpan at lutuin pa ng 5 minuto. Budburan ng gadgad na keso. Takpan muli para matunaw ang keso.
Place a lid on the skillet and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top. Cover the skillet once more to allow the cheese to fully melt.
