Grilled Pork Chops with Roasted Apple Grilling Sauce sears seasoned chops over coals with apple glaze, served with grill-marked golden apples.
Wash the pork chops and seasoning them generously with the steak and chop seasoning. Fire up your grill. While the grill is heating, warm the grilling sauce in a small saucepan. Once the coals are white (or your gas grill is preheated), place the chops on the grill. Grill the chops, turning them every 3 minutes, until they are cooked through. You may baste them with the apple grilling sauce towards the end of the cooking time.
