Kick Ass Kabobs skewer marinated beef, bacon-wrapped pork, chicken, and vegetables, then grill over medium heat until the meats are cooked through.
For the beef, begin by tenderizing it. Rub it generously with season salt before dicing it into cubes. In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, and use this mixture to marinate the beef overnight.
